We have two AKC registered maltese puppies. They are 9 weeks old, up-to-date on vaccinations, and small. One was born with a hair lip which can be repaired when she is older for ~ $200-300. She is about 1 lb. The other one is 1.6 lbs. The mother only weighs 3.8 lbs so both will be small.
